Return POLICY
At Glare Reflection, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit only.
- Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card, which can be used toward future purchases.
- CASH REFUNDS NOT OFFERED
Timeframe & Processing
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
- You will be notified by email (to the address on your account) once your return has been processed.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached, and must be returned in their original packaging.
- Include your order packing slip or return invoice clearly indicating which items are being returned, along with your contact number. Incorrect or incomplete forms may cause processing delays.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- We reserve the right to delay issuing store credit until returned items are received, especially if fraud is suspected.
Shipping Your Return
- We are not liable for return packages lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or tracking number.
- We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. Without it, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
- Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Return shipping labels are not provided. You may use any carrier of your choice.
Sale Items
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for store credit.
- This includes any items purchased using store credit.
- No credits will be issued on Final Sale merchandise.
Exchange Policy
Due to the high turnover of our inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different, size or style:
1. Return the original item for store credit.
2. Place a new order for the desired item or size.
Received Less Credit Than Expected?
· Our returns team inspects all garments upon receipt for stains, holes, defects, and signs of wear.
· If an item is found to be damaged or not in returnable condition, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your return amount.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
· Orders are processed within 48–72 hours after being placed (excluding weekends and national holidays).
· Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Tracking Information
· Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
· Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier.
Lost or Misplaced Packages
· Once your package is in the carrier’s possession, it is beyond our control.
· If a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
· We are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages and do not offer refunds or compensation for these instances.
